We strive to deliver top products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can receive it within 14 days of receiving the order. All items must be returned as ordered, undamaged and in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings should not be obtained for hygiene reasons. Personalized jewelry may also not be returned.

Send an email to customerservice@livaviora.com to report your return. Please ensure your return costs are fully affordable. Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. If the items are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, Livaviora is not obliged to take back the products.

The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

Livaviora accepts no responsibility for packages lost in the mail without proof of postage. The advice is therefore to send returns with track & trace.
